Exclusive: Nansy Unveils Dreamy Indiefest Single “Portrait Of A Summer’s Day”

Oslo’s Nansy reunites after a 20-year hiatus to release “Portrait of a Summer’s Day,” their dreamy new single ahead of debut album *Need You Around*. Initially active in the early 2000s with jangly, sun-drenched indie pop reminiscent of The Sundays and The Cardigans, the band only released one EP before disbanding. Their return signals a highly anticipated revival of melancholic, melodic alt-pop for a new generation.

The band split up after just one EP release and spent the intervening years pursuing other projects, however, they recently reunited to finally record their first full-length debut, Need You Around.
